NEEDLE PUNCHED NON-WOVEN FABRIC

Needle punching is one of the oldest and most effective methods for producing nonwoven fabrics. It is a mechanical process that transforms loose fibers into durable, flexible fabrics. The web formation for needle-punched nonwoven fabric typically utilizes dry-laid technology, primarily through a carding process. In this method, layers of loose staple fibers or filaments are entangled into a robust 3-D structure by repeatedly punching them with barbed needles. This mechanical bonding process ensures the creation of strong, flexible, and relatively thick nonwoven materials.
At Samridhi Crreation, our needle-punched materials are crafted from a wide variety of fibers, including Polyester, Polypropylene, Viscose, Nylon, Meta-Aramid, Para-Aramid, PTFE, PPS, and PAN. This allows us to provide tailored solutions for diverse industries, offering products with optimal strength, flexibility, and performance.
