PPS Fiber Felt (Polyphenylene Sulfide)

PPS Fiber Felt is engineered from Polyphenylene Sulfide fibers, specially designed for high-temperature filtration in demanding environments such as baghouse filter bags. Renowned for its exceptional thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties, PPS felt delivers consistent filtration performance even under extreme conditions.

  • High temperature resistance:

    • Melting point: 285°C

    • Continuous use temperature: 190°C

    • Peak exposure up to 230°C

  • Superior chemical resistance: Resists organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, and oxidants.

  • Flame retardant: Incombustible with an oxygen index (LOI) of 34–35.

  • Excellent abrasion and puncture resistance

  • Long-term durability: Maintains retention strength and filtration efficiency in corrosive and high-temperature conditions.

PAN Fiber Felt (Polyacrylonitrile)

PAN Fiber Felt is a versatile filtration material recognized for its mechanical strength, excellent chemical resistance, and thermal stability. It is widely used in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and food processing due to its resistance to microbial growth and its efficient filtration capabilities.
