Three-beam spunbond–meltblown–spunbond fabric: a balanced barrier of strength and filtration for medical and hygiene products.
Three layers. One barrier.
SMS sandwiches a meltblown barrier between two spunbond layers. The result is naturally hydrophobic, soft and strong, with a good balance of strength and filtration.
It is produced on fully automated, contact-free lines with German Reicofil technology and robotic packing for consistent hygiene and quality.

Inside the fabric
Built layer by layer, down to the micron.
An SSMMS fabric wraps fine meltblown microfibres between strong spunbond filaments. We run each layer on our own lines, then thermally bond them into one sheet.
- Spunbond · SContinuous filaments, typically 15–35 µm. Strength and abrasion resistance.
- Meltblown · MMicrofibres under 10 µm. The barrier, filtration and absorbency layer.

Which shipping and payment terms do you offer?
We ship by sea container from Mundra or Nhava Sheva on FOB, CIF or DAP terms. Payment is 50% advance with the order and the balance against a copy of the bill of lading (B/L).
Do you provide REACH documentation?
Yes. REACH and SVHC declarations are available for customers in the European Union.
